Doctors
Building and Doctors Plaza are full service medical office buildings
owned and professionally managed by Little Rock Medical Associates
IV, LLC (LRMA). Maintenance personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, 365
days a year. All service requests including plumbing, electrical,
heat and air-conditioning problems, changing locks, changing light
bulbs, etc. are promptly handled by LRMA's in house staff.
In Addition, LRMA operates a construction division which acts as General
Contractor on remodel work in the buildings. Not only is this a substantial
benefit to our tenants because of cost considerations, but it also
gives us the ability to constantly supervise the work in progress.
All millwork is done in house at considerable savings to our tenants.
Both buildings are equipped with state of the art fire alarm systems
and all corridors and elevator lobbies in Doctors Building are protected
with a sprinkler system.
Each building has a Day Maid available Monday through Friday to handle
any spills, accidents, etc. and also to keep the buildings in a clean
and orderly condition throughout the day. Janitorial service is provided
every night Monday through Friday.
The Management Office is located in Suite A-10 in Doctors Building
and open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. After hours and
on weekends, telephones are monitored via an answering servie so that any emergency will be quickly handled.
Both buildings have ample parking at no charge to patients or tenants.
Reserved, covered parking is available at a nominal cost to tenants
of Doctors Building. Reserved parking is also available to tenants
at Doctors Plaza.
The Conference and Club Rooms are located on the 8th floor and are
available, at no cost, to tenants of both buildings for meetings,
training sessions, etc. The Club Room has an adjoining kitchen which
is equipped with sinks, refrigerator, icemaker, stove and dishwasher
and is ideal for serving catered meals.
Other building amenities include a full service drug store, a branch
of Regions Bank, a barber shop and a mail room which is accessible
at any time. For quick breaks, vending machines containing cold drinks
and snacks are located in the Canteen on the first floor. A
full service cafeteria is located within easy walking distance at
St. Vincent Doctors Hospital.
