MAINTENANCE
The
Maintenance Department is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If
maintenance (non-emergencies) is required in your suite, please click here,
and let us know the nature of your request. For emergencies,
please call the Property Management Office.
PARKING
-
The area adjacent to St. Vincent Doctors Hospital Emergency Room parking
lot on the north side of the building is reserved for doctors only.
This lot is accessed with a parking card which may be obtained in
the Management Office. Make, model and license plate number of your
vehicle is required. First card is free. There is a charge for replacement
cards .
- Employees
of Doctors Building may park at no charge on the third level of the
parking deck which is accessed by way of a ramp located at the northwest
corner of the north lot in front of the building . No parking card is required.
- Parking
on the north lot in front of the building, as well as the second level
(or middle level) of the parking deck is reserved for patients. The
area along 6th Street and in the loading dock area is either a fire
zone or reserved for short-term parking for deliveries to the building.

The entire lower level of the parking deck (adjacent to the "A" level
of the building) is reserved parking and is accessed via parking gates
on both St. Vincent Circle and 6th Street sides. A parking card (available at the
Management Office) is required to enter the area. Fully covered parking
spaces in this area cost $32.50 per month and partially covered spaces
cost $15.00 per month. Should you wish to reserve a space, please
call the Management Office.
- Reserved,
covered courier parking spaces are located on the lower level near
the south stairwell. Parking in these six spaces is limited to 15
minutes.
- Parking
in the north lot at Doctors Plaza is reserved for doctors and is accessed
via a parking card which may be obtained from the Management Office.
Spaces directly in front of the building and in the front rows of
the south parking lot are reserved for, and are marked, "Patients
Only". Employees may park in any other spaces in the south parking
lot.
SAFETY INFORMATION

Doctors
Building and Doctors Plaza are equipped with a fire alarm system and
Doctors Building has recently added a sprinkler system to the public
lobbies and corridors. Please refer to the Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Handbook for instructions on what to do should the fire alarm sound.
Every tenant should arrange to carry adequate insurance to cover personal
property should a fire occur in the building. Even if a fire is not
in your suite, you could suffer smoke or water damage and should be
insured. In addition, every tenant should carry adequate liability insurance.
- Refer
to Emergency Evacuation procedures handbook for instructions on what
to do in the event of a tornado, bomb threat, earthquake or other
emergency situation.
- Lock
your car doors and be sure that any valuables are out of sight. It
is suggested they be locked in your trunk.
- Purses,
billfolds, etc. should be kept out of sight and preferably placed
in a locked drawer or file cabinet when not in use.
- Use
the buddy system when leaving the building at night, especially after
dark.
- If
you work late or on weekends, please remember to pull the door behind
you to be sure it is locked.
- Building
corridors and elevator lobbies are for ingress and egress only and
are not to be used as waiting areas. Tenants are responsible for providing
adequate patient/visitor seating within their respective suites.
MISCELLANEOUS
Management
Office and other building personnel are unable to open suites for an
employee who does not have a key unless they receive approval directly
from the lessee of the suite. Even if the employee is known to staff,
the suite will not be opened unless directly authorized by the lessee.
In
addition, access to the buildings after 7:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m.
on weekdays and after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and all day Sunday is via
keypad. Building personnel are unable to open doors for persons who
do not have a keypad code.
